can you type a whole sentence without lookng?

I can type faster when I'm not looking at the keyboard than when I can! Not sure why but when I look at the keyboard I think my brain tries to jump ahead of my fingers or something! Strange really when you think about it...

Another strange thing is I sometimes can't remember where a certain key is, but when touch typing I know where they all are! Again I think that is to do with the old brain trying to jump ahead of itself.

All this was typed without looking at the keyboard once :)
 
yea i can touch type, but then i have been using a pc since i was 14 or so :)...

i find it funny when i watch my mum using the pc and she is just staring at the keyboard. then she goes, how the hell can u type without looking at the keys! :)

I can normally... but if I am tired I just take a quick glance down to check my finger position, but I have managed to type all of this without looking back down.. and quite quickly too :D

I walked
Up to the house about 7 or 8
And I yelled to the cabby
"Yo home smell ya later!"
Looked at my kingdom I was finally there,
To sit on my throne as the prince of bel air!

I think I can touch type pretty well, and I guess this sentence only goes to prove it. Not even looking at the keyboard :)
