Mark Rein said its an Open Beta. The keys are probably just for the reserve download.

Thats your preload/reservation key, those demos do not have keys.

why would you need a key for a reserve download when it just sits in the download software!!!

Actually its a beta demo. I don't really understand that teminology tbh. Usually, if its not a demo, its a beta. And once its a demo, it shouldn't be in beta.

general offloading from agiea better be good, i got an old xp-m system which i want to try and run the game on, that setup is gonna be cpu limited so if the ppu can take some of the stress off then its gonna make things interesting for others with slow cpus.

Ask Fileplanet. I have loads of random keys for reserve downloads. They mean nothing.

hehe, I played COD 4 on the Xbox - good game indeed. I do have TF2 and Halo 3 to tide me over, but I have been looking forward to this game since they announced it. (see sig)

I don't understand, what would be the point in releasing a beta of the demo? Why don't they just release a proper working demo like they did with UT2004. I doubt it will be tomorrrow anyway, surely it would have been announced by now.

If Ageia adds no new effects on this game and is only for offloading from the CPU then it's not gonna be very good, I'm sure UT3 with multi-core support will be fine with the physics, after all the game is more than likely going to be GPU limited. If you can't turn the physics off, well that's not even possible to do on a multiplayer game surely then there is no way they are going to release a game that needs the Ageia card for the physics to work well with good FPS.
