He was chewing a pen top (something I'm confident many us have done in the past) and fell off his chair in such a way that it stuck in his throat and choked him too death That is a tragic accident, calling him an idiot and having no sympothy makes you look like a very cold and uncaring person indeed. Imagine that was close friend or family member that you have loved for 13 years!

New design?
Go into Partners and see how many 100s of pens haven't got tops.
The pens with tops are 20 for a £1 where pens without tops are usually 3 for a £1.
