Is it me of are shell preaching to the converted advertising in Evo? Surely anyone who has a car that needs Super Unleaded is probably making Shell Petrol stations their first port of call anyway?
They are pimping their diesel now.
HKS one below, differant wheels and one of the guys on mlr PS'd the middle of the grill white.

That's a Mitsubishi? It's meant to have a Nissan badge, surely?

My Civic has more bhp/tonne than the Evo
It does sound a little disappointing doesn't it?
That's more than my barge of an auto Bimmer weighs...

THeres more then one type of sul so they are targetting their prime market?

It does look nice from that pic, just waaaay too R34. Shame really.

They have the Evo vs Scooby. Main thing, the subaru has more bhp/ton, not surprising as the evo weighs.....

Also cost difference is massive, £30k for the evo vs £20k.
Both have a pretty lame bhp/ton too182 evo vs 189 subaru.
Hot hatchs have more
Focus ST weighs around 1450kg and so has 155bhp/tonne whilst the Golf GTi at 1340kg produces 147bhp/tonne so the Evo is still usefully higher.

Is that after you account for greater losses from 4wd
Not exactly the same, but the figures for the S3 are similar to the Evo (bhp/ton wise) and that'll outdrag both an ST and a GTI without any issues, even with 4wd
