Top Gear in trouble, again.

Rules are made to be broken. I try and brake the law at least once a day.

Heck today i let my dog crap on someone's nice shiny flower bed. I'm kinda suprised he hasnt made a post on here yet.....

Your dog is a member here?

I do not drive, therefore I have never broken any motoring laws ;)

Fair enough ;)

You dropped any litter, swore in public, drank hooch in public??

Just teasing! :D

Motoring is the easiest place to brake the law though.

Anyway, back on topic!

why are the litter bins? :p
i dont drink alcohol :p
swearing in public is not necessarily an offence iirc

and windows sticky keys annoy the **** out of me

There are litter bins everywhere, but no one uses them :(

I very nearly got one of those on the spot 'littering' fines in Hanley a while back, well about a 2 years ago when I was a smoker! My crime? Putting a fag end into a bin!

They film in a hanger, right?

By MoD definitions a hanger is considered outdoors, and do not remove head-dress, so therefore you can smoke inside it too :/

By legal definitions anything with a roof is considered inside (for the purpose of the smoking ban at least).
Where I work there's a specific smoking shelter ONLY used by smokers that they're not allowed to use anymore because it has a roof!
Stupid aint it?

Is a studio in an aerodrome technically a public place?

I mean, i'm fairly sure I couldn't just go strolling in there of my own will should I fancy a look around :p

Precisely! No case for any prosecution, the airfield is an active airfield therefore invite only!

I think it's any permanent structure with a roof.
Hence the glorified gazeebos that are popping up outside all the pubs.

Looks like TG got the result they expected :) (you don't really think they did this by accident?)

Hahah, presuming that you're not from Liverpool - but we have the Pilgrim pub down here (for anybody that knows it) which has removed one tiny slate from it's outside roof area, which now allows it to be classed as a smoking room ;)

In Scotland its to do with the percentage of the area open to the elements. Basically all your allowed at most is a roof, a back wall and one side wall to legally comply with the Smoking laws.
