the thing is though that Nintendo are struggling to meet demand, the wii has outsold the 360 and been out a year less(to me that says their shifting a helluva lot of units, (circa 10 million) not easy to manufacture 10 million units of anything in 12 months
- Please note that this is european stock with a uk 3 pin plug adapter and english manuals
I love Nintendo as a company, but I'm pretty disgusted at the whole availability issues - regardless of the reasons. We wanted a WII when they first came out (we're in the USA, btw) and gave up as it was just too demoralizing trying to find one. Then a couple of weeks ago we had a bit of money to spare so decided to get one. Amazingly it was even harder than before! The ones that do surface get bought by people who then put them on auction sites and make a tidy profit. To be honest, I wouldn't bother buying one now.....but the missus has her heart set.
You are obviously not looking hard enough. Over the past few weeks I have been able to get them (work mates/friends ask me to find them). It can take a few hours or a few days to get one ordered and they turn up straight away (all of them were cheap, none of the inflated pricing that seems to be happening).![]()
Claimed.
They have now.

I will be honest with you, I have no idea what that means.
Regards the conspiracy, how else can you explain 2 months before xmas 1 year on there still isn't enough units to go round. They know their sales figures through the year. Is it that hard to ramp up production for xmas?
I dont think so, there will be plenty to go round before xmas eve.

Failed....
Disappointing. Thought I may have been too slow off the mark.
