Got FM2008 yesterday, got sacked today.

I erm, accidently put John oshea in goal for Utd and we got tonked 7-0 by Liverpool. The board were not happy to say the least and they sacked me!

I checked my account last night (or was it this morning? :confused:

) and it wasn't despatched. Checked again when I got home from Uni and it is in despatch. Yaay. Hopefully it'll be there tomorrow when I get back home from Manchester for a long weekend. :cool:

I own, although do little work for anymore, BritishGaming.co.uk. I mainly am a tech guy/manager there now, I do work on some other sites though.

Appologises for stealing the thread quickly but just gotta ask... Im currently starting up a gaming forum that will have a blog for news, reviews and previews etc. Do you just ask for a promotional copy to review? I will obviously be using my current games to review as to get a lil more popular before asking. But I will after a while require more games to review

Well still waiting for mine hehe, my friend got it yesterday and said it's pretty ropey out of the box and is in desperate need of a patch, apparently the CPU scores far too often from FK's, too many goals disallowed from corners and defenses don't close down properly yet

Mine should be coming today. Not sure who I'll start as. I fancy having an English/Spanish/Italian League setup and starting as a low league Italian/Spanish team

Started a game as Barnsley I keep seeming to draw every match.

Going to run an Arsenal game parallel to my BFC one, see how I get on with that.

You get on their mailing list by emailing them, and if you are high enough profile they will ask, or you can request, some companies are easier than others to get on with (Nintendo are close to impossible due to them using the rather awful Cake Media to deal with PR. I can't wait till next year when it goes in house again)
