yea cos thats well legal in the content it shows...so whilst utube is getting away with it atm, you cant guarantee that it will forever and aso..
The feature is pretty pointless if it runs at the speed its currently going at.
Besides i think the same videos are also on the games website, arnt they?
Id much rather have channels like the gothamtv etc to upload and download other peoples races, this does more for the game than video showcases but i can relate to the idea, just not sure many will appreciate it over game specific content development could be used to improve or add instead.
Bit of a fickle complaint, seeing as it's run off Japanese servers for the Japanese crowd, off a demo of a demo which is clearly far from the finished product. While it's fair to take the gameplay as gospel now, I wouldn't say the same for the TV service especially when it's in the birthing stages.
Next Scheduled Event
The Nissan GT-R veil and mask are scheduled to be removed around 2:30pm on the 24th of October, after which time the car will become drivable again.
The Lexus IS F and Mazda Atenza Sport are also scheduled to become drivable at this time.

It has to be a good thing that they are allowing episodes to be downloaded, surely..
I see the point that it's usefullness is limited.. it's repeated on SKY on several channels every day, it's available on certain video sites, it's available on several P2P systems, etc..
But I am sure some people will appreciate it... just give us some useful things that benefit more of us!

Thats my point, i cant wait to buy GT5 to watch the videos.
Their was me thinking gees a track editor or a movie maker to create and edit your own replays would have been perfect but no lets get excited with actual car videos...
Not this guy, i havnt bought a PS3 and waited this long to get excited about silly videos...

Im not saying its not going to be popular or welcomed. Most people love Top Gear.
From a gaming perspective though the track could be great however i expect times to be very different in the game. The videos imo dont really improve the game or make me want to buy it anymore than i do to start with. I would like to see a career mode where you have to beat the stig though.
My ramblings for a movie maker, well wouldnt it be nice for some game like this to allow you to edit/move cameras and create your own style, a bit like the photoeditor which has proved to be a huge success in games that use it, this however would allow fantastic replays.

id rather spend more time driving than editing if im honest with you.
to create a proper circuit with the level of detail that i would like to would take too much time and effort so id rather stick to the pre designed ones than create a half ***** version miself!

id spend my time driving, that doesnt mean that others wouldnt enjoy the TG side, as you can see from the link i posted.

I started the game and both were unveiled, the Impreza looks as bad as in real life though, hideousAll cars are now available including the scooby STI

I like me scoobs, but this looks like a ford Focus or a Mazda 3 ( no offense to FF or Mazda owners), but it drives well enough and the braking seems to be better than the EVO X the interior is very nice though lol.
Apart from the first shot I prefer GT5.
However I will say being that they are both racing games I don't tend to look at the scenery that much.
I just downloaded the demo and I must say I was very impressed. To me it looks better than Forza 2 overall (not bothered about nit picking). THe interior models are first class.
However the AI still needs some work.
Overall extremely good looking game with decent gameplay to match.
At least its better looking than the god awful snow effects on PGR4 demo (also downloaded at the same time and played back to back - the intros for that make it look like some PS2 game)
