Crysis demo graohics corruption

Sorry if this has been posted in the other crysis threads but I can't find it mentioned.
When trying to run the demo the graphics just seem to flash triangles on and off depending on which way I am looking. I can't catch this on a screen shot as its too fast.

I am running an x2 4200, 2 gig ram, and a 512M x1800xt with the 7.10 cats. Any ideas on how to fix this?
 
tried changing screen res and setting to low, different levels of AA,playing full screen or windowed, nothing makes any difference.

Hi AsLan, this happened to me! I'm using a 512mb X1800XT too.

I gave up on the beta because nothing worked. The SP Demo did the same, but i tried the 7.10's again, and it worked. So i think it might be just the way to install/uninstall things :p
 
i had this - you need to tern aa transparency to off - worked for me though i was not even using AA.

if not that setting its one of those in the driver control panel

Dont set AA in Game do it via ya card setup sorted it for me
 
This was running fine for me last week. Went to load it up today....all the textures are grey. Only the gun model looks normal. x1800xt 7.10 drivers.
 
Thanks for all the suggestions, but nothing has worked. I've changed all the settings in the ccc one at a time and nothing has worked. I've either got flashing geometrical shapes or just a set of floating eyeballs in the cut scene before the jump.

I think I'll have to give crysis a miss or wait for a patch or two before getting it.
