Assasins Creed was all hype

If i'm being honest I saw this coming, it really doesn't look as good as people were making it out to be, Mass Effect on the other hand..

I have the exact same attitude towards RPG's as you. However, I don't think Mass Effect will be too bad (not as hardcore as an FF for example, and not turn based thank god), and the story/voice acting looks brilliant. That was a huge part of what made Deus Ex so good.
 
That's only 1 review; I'm sure it'll prove to be a reasonable indicator for other reviews though. :(

It's a shame, because although I own neither the 360 or PS3, I liked the look of it. It must be worth a demo download for all you 360/PS3 owners though?
 
Couple of reviews are up and the game is averaging around the 7.5 mark, called this awhile ago, crap controls, bad ai and bugs ahoy.

i dont know many games similar ill have this on friday, not sure if ill be in any shape to play it though, big tattoo session on thursday!
 
I hate not being able to say anything about this game :(

i will say though don't believe everything you read till you've tried it, i don't agree with a few of the -'s in the reviews

If you like the genre a 7.7 is still pretty good anyway, never mind other reviews are giving it 10/10!

Some of my favorite games have been criminally under-rated in the past.
