Hi

Below is my setup:

Intel Q6600 Quad Processor
GIGA GA-P35-DS4 Motherboard
Crucial Ballistix 2 x 1 GB DDR2 8500 RAM
4 x Seagate Barracuda 500 GB HDD 7500.10

I have set up 2 Drives in RAID-0 (Striped) and 2 non RAID SATA Drives.

In BIOS (and when the system loads) it recognises all of the drives - no problems here.

In Windows Explorer it only shows the partitioned hard drive I made during XP installation (C: Drive which is 250GB) - Why?

When I run the Intel Matrix controller software it shows all of my 4 Hard Drives as does Windows Hardware Profile property inspector.

All 4 HDDs are in the Intel Ornage Controller. I have no HDDS on the Purple GIGA Controller

Any ideas?

You need Raid drivers for XP, there should be some on the Gigabyte website for you to download and quite possibly on the Intel website as well or even on the motherboard CD if you prefer.

If the OS is installed then the correct drivers are there. There problem here is that the drives haven't been partitioned and formatted in Disk Management - right click on My Computer and pick Manage.
