Wednesday Nights Game.- England - Croatia *SPOILERS*

It's good that England is acting up, hopefully it will wake up the establishment that big names alone just won't do the job. It has to be quality. Not hype. England just doesn't deserve to qualify, they don't have the spirit, nor the heart to do anything of any pedigree.

Maybe whoever takes over from Mclaren will have the balls and the backbone to make some demands of the FA instead of being a puppet and a yes man
 
Can't see why anyone would think England should beat Croatia anyway they are ranked higher than England therefore must be better.

campbell can work but only coupled alongside a ferdinand, he can't act as a lynchpin in the defence anymore. Barry isn't providing ample cover, the 4-5-1 isn't working at the moment. Gerrard hasn't been bad but i still think him and Lampard stifle one another.



heh tell you what, i wouldn't mind abonglahor on the pitch tonight, as 1 of 2 up front of course.
 
Crikey less than 20 mins already gone in the match and England are 2-0 down:eek:. I did say to my mates today that England are going to lose...Croatia are just far too strong even though they have already qualified and really have nothing to play for. First goal was tragic though, what a cockup by the goalkeeper. Second goal??, i actually thought he was offside but he wasnt...nice goal.

All aint lost though, England still have a chance to get a couple of goals but i really cant see them getting any. Macca really needs to go, hes been absolutely awful for England....question is if he does go then whos going to take over as England coach??.

Im not defending Mclaren but I can't understand why some fans arent so angry with their protests about the FA. Mclaren was never the right man for the job. Calling Mclaren is just stating the bloody obvious if you ask me
 
Three set pieces and not even a reasonable result - haven't hit an English head. Wouldn't it be good if we had someone who could take free-kicks...oh wait...
