A few high quality models is Cool.
A load of cheap collections are sad..
Agreed.
The Millennium Falcon is cool, the price (even reduced) is not and I never got the point of collecting "action figures"
In recent years I have taken to collecting various film related sculptures ranging from sideshow Lord of the rings to the star wars Gentle Giant and Master Replicas, I have now just bought one of the Master Replicas Studio scale Millennium Falcons, these things are 32 inches long and very heavy.

You could possibly try to change you habit slightly and try to get into Sci-Fi stuff more?

I have two fine molds falcons, started building one but was keeping the second as a reference since I was going to scratch build a 32 inch falcon before getting the masters replica one and I still may have a go at it. I have a large collection of fine molds models that I need to start at some point including y wings x wings tie fighters and interceptors and boba and jango slave 1's. Think I may have gone a bit mad with getting these all things
Aye, FM are pretty damn good. The Tie's are a little bit annoying though because the moulding is so good it's put together in a flash! Hardly any filling or sanding, I felt a bit disappointed lol. Managed to stand on the display base to and munch it. Still I have got to finish off the ABC robot, and funnily enough today I won an original Horizon ED-209 on the bay![]()
