The Official Assassin's Creed Thread

OK, i am now after the credits in the lab type room. I have opened one door which leads to a meeting room.
I have read all of the emails.
Is there anything else left to do, or do i just go back in, to find flags, etc?

Edit: All of Lucy's email should i say, the other two laptops i can't login to...

I think the only thing you can do at that stage is go back to your previous missions and 'clean up' on anything you missed. I'll be doing that this weekend.

Hmm, I never knew the door to the meeting room could be opened...

I did pick a pen up, he put it up his sleeve....

Can you access the other two laptops?

P.S. I wanted the 'B' button to light up behind Lucy, so i could dry hump her leg. Big Dime!

Only done 3 assassinations so far, enjoying it, but taking my time as it does get repetitive after a bit! But its all good fun, don't think i'll be trying to fully achieve this one out, really don't feel like chasing all the flags etc.. hehe :)
 
OK I can remember some one on here moaning that the enemy only attack one at a time.

Well I must a) be crap at computer games. or b) my copy has enhanced enemy AI.

I get like 6+ enemy all round me and they are all having a go at me. Its a ******* pain in the rear end.

either I find a way of killing multiple enemies or its trade in time.
 
Big battles are pretty much easy, depends on how you use Altair's moves. Even big battles are easy if you used the right tactics. Time your counters properly and if you have a big DNA bar, just throw enemies into each other, or break off the attack and take to the rooftops and pick them off one by one as they climb up after you. Use the surroundings well.

I realised that late on, rooftops + throw = instant kills. Although a few times I got thrown off myself and it was quite funny.

I found a lowish roof and did this for the 10 mins in a fight achievment :)

Rile guards
Jump on roof
Wait 5 secs
Jump down
Get someone to play the benny hill music :D
 
bored after the third assassination

quality graphics and great setting, some nice ideas, but surely, a development team of 50+ strong could have made for a more satisfying game?

maybe a sequel could sort the inadequacies out
 
The combo moves (hitting X as you make contact with them with a previous attack, takes good taiming) are alos a good way to quickly sipose of a few to get the numbers down fast.

Fights on the rooftop really sold this game on its attention to detail. You run up a building and they throw rocks at you, you run up a ladder and they can grab you and throw you off. If you hang on a ledge they will try and throw you off. If you get hit by a bit strike near a ledge you will flail and stumble and have just a moment to grab a ledge as you fall. Excellent.

Don't forget to use the vigilantes - there's a reason you save the people to get these. If you get in a big fight, just run to some vigilantes and they will grab lots of the guards, you can then equip short blade and just assassinate them all easily - can get rid of 10+ guards this way in less than a minute. Just remember to stay clear of those that aren't being held by vigilantes.
 
Also learn to use the LT and rapidly target an enemy and instakill him with a throwing knife. Towards the end of the game I managed to take out 3 archers in less than 2 seconds with those knives. They're brilliant for that.
 
RUN!!?! Why on earth would you do that?!

If i am bored doing a pick pocket, i just knife a guard and get loads set on me, destroy the lot of them easy peesy lemon squeezy. The secret is the counters, hold RT and wait for one to attack, then at the last minute, tap X and perform a ninja turtle kill.

Grabbing the enemies and lobbing them about is hilarious, as is running accros roof tops and throwing knives at them.

I rented mine and did it in a couple of days as i am off work from my operation for 3 weeks. Was meant to be back last night, but i couldn't be arsed, so today i will go and save the rest of the civilians then take it back.

An excellent game, of which i will write a review for later. :)
