Neither does it take an einstein to work out the point on your screen when you press the mouse is when the shot is fired, therefore any dynamics involved afterwards are NOTHING to do with "holding a rifle steady"
all adding a strength boost will do is make it easier as there is less swaying, that is the point
He was incinuating wrongly that a strength boost should improve the accuracy of the weapon itself which is drivvel
Please don't make me reinstall both games and take screenshots to shut you up.
You're completely, utterly, totally wrong. It's a fact that Crysis looks far better than Call Of Duty 4.
Dunno about UT3, unfortunately I've not tried it yet.
I do agree with you that quad-core is far from being used properly, mine's a paperweight most of the time but I wanted one and it was cheap. In certain games like Supreme Commander though you will see a benefit over dual-core, and Crysis does use all four of my cores but it's waiting on the GPU all the time.
For someone who has played CoD4 twice over and absolutely adores it, I am at a loss as to why you have uninstalled it.
I thought Crysis was great 
The only bit that let it down was the floaty part in the alien mountain, it went on for ages and was pretty dull although it was needed for the storyline.
Shoot me down if I'm really off course as I'm not a game nerd but weren't many of the things said before the release relating to the game engine rather than crysis itself?

Well would you be kind enough to link me to whatever you're on about then. I feel like I should be on the Crystal Maze or something with these vague clues.
UT3 is definatly GPU limited, a lot more than CoD 4 anyhow, it runs very poor if you don't have card for more than 60 quid.
Just played crysis on a game show maxed @ 1920x12xx ( or whatever ) on some dual 8800ultra machine and I must admit I liked it very much, I'm not playing crysis yet on my pc because I dont want to play at 800x600 at low lol ( thats what I had to play the beta @).

I think you'll need another two cores to get the best out of it though...at least according to the Crytek CEO.
You should read-up on his interviews sometimes...interesting stuff.

There's no need for posts like that. And I'm sure he's aware how to get the best of his computer if he can afford to buy a 8800 Ultra.

great game, nice easy to master control system, looks pretty, runs fine until alien ship/arctic and is one of the better FPS over the last couple of years, just accept it!
and before you go complaining it was late, we know it was late, we know its buggy and doesn't utilise all cores enough, but can you name a game thats 100% perfect on release, cause i certainly can't. stop nitpicking and it you don't like crysis, simple don't play or talk about it! if you like it then enjoy it and eagerly await part 2

I think Crysis was hyped just like every big games release is...still enjoyable though...I wasn't expecting the earth
I'm looking forward to giving it another go when the hardware is available to really do it justice.

There is plenty of sigs with jokes in them inc one about "mothers and sisters", I dont see the owners slagging others family members directly, my Nick+Sig has been passed by staff so get over it.
