Chavs, Emos and Goths

The definition of emo is scene kid, someone too stupid to come up with an identity not based on a stereotype. Their music is "emotional rock" I don't think I can name a single song not based on emotion and as such, emo fails, go cry emo kids :D
Chav, council house always violent.
Goth, they listen to goth rock.

I prefer to be a trensetter, not a follower.

A chav is one of those uneducated, illiterate morons that had the bare-faced cheek to crawl out of it's teenage mothers abortion bucket and take up a life of being nothing more than a criminal menace to society!

You know the type, they hang about street corners drinking whatever the state can afford and do nothing more than insult anyone who dares to presume that the pavement is a place of free access.

Nah, they're the slightly cooler looking goths that cannot smile, and try to look as weird as possible. Maintaining at least a 60% amount of the colour black in every item of clothing. Russell brands hair isnt straight enough to be emo. :)
 
I definitely heard about Chatham (silent T & H), before I heard chav. They wore lots of gold. I said to this guy in a Chatham gym "who are u, B.A. Barroccas"? Shortly before I got into a fight.

Up until recently Scallies was the term used for Chavs up here in Manchester.

Never, ever heard anyone refer to a Mosher as a Scally. A Mosher is just a Mosher. Although Moshers are pretty much Emos now. At least from my observation of many Moshers I know of. Can't remember the last time someone used the term Mosher. It's either Emo if you are a sad little Emo person or headbanger if you happen to be a Metalhead [which I am].

It's no wonder the rest of Europe doesn't like us much. They don't have a bloody clue what we are on about! :p
 
He's referring to the rivalries between the groups.

I always thought the chav, or charver if you're from Newcastle came from the original scally in areas like stockport. The scots call them neds, but when it boils down to it they're all ****s.
