Advertisement that really annoys me.

Picture loans

so irritating! oh! an adult conversation, "oh was it 25k" - i mean ffs your not ordering a takeaway and couldnt remember how many spring rolls. hate that advert
 
That stupid Garmin one with the choir singing in the background does me in. "Grab a grab a grab a grab a Garmin" also the Honda one with the people doing the car sounds "This is what a Honda sounds like" BUUUUURRRRRRRRR BUDUM BUDUM BUDUM SWWWOOOOOOOOOSH BANG BUUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRR HHHUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmm. Well if thats what it sounds like you can work it. Shame because the one with the car components falling on/in to each other like an automotive game of Mouse Trap was class.

Obviously anthing advertised during daytime TV makes you want to top yourself... or get a job to get away from it.

'Is that thunder your end or mine?' right, instant FAIL for not even being able to tell if it is thundering.

Think there is a new one now, where the bloke and his wife are sitting there saying how they needded the loan to consolidate existing debt and pay for some essentials they really needed - like a two week holiday, new flat screen tv and a bunch of other stuff! Yes, but do you realise that with all the interest that £1000 holiday is going to cost you £3000 instead! Fool

That one gets on my wick too for the same reason - also, when he says about two seconds later, "that's much less than we're paying now" - I don't care how quick picture loans are, there's no way the salesperson could possibly have worked out his repayments in that time.

Yep, very little annoys me but this is disgusting :mad:
Legal 'Loan Sharks' is what they basically are, preying on people that are not very clever or thinking straight due to stress of debt :mad::mad:
How they can get away with this 'legally' in a supposed 'civilized' society is beyond me:rolleyes:
Hopefully the owners and people involved in these scummy company’s get some poetic justice one day!!
 
the Lambrini adverts i found generally annoying.

My favorite adverts are the ones for blinds that show a woman putting them up, all i can think of is the slogan. 'So easy a woman could do it'

Ah, but that's the very moment that I'd hit it ;)

How confused and vulnerable she looks in that moment

"Do you want it to be all alright, darling?"

[she nods feebly]

"Do you need me to rescue you from this mess you have created?"

[she nods again, her bottom lip quivering]

"Then pop this in your mouth, lover, and I'll promise it'll be OK!"

As I've said in a previous advert threat NOTHING beats the old crazy frog adverts in terms instant annoyance. Nothing.
