Virgin Media... who else just died?

Just been talking to various people across the country and it seems everyone just got kicked off the net for a few minutes. Did anyone else experience this?

I tried to press "Delete" on my MacBook to set off the C4 but I have no delete key...

Yeah we got disconnected here too!

Edit: I have no problems with VM. I pay for 2MB and that's what I get 99% of the time.

Yeah mine went off for 5 mins. The modem was struggling on the upstream connection. Seems ok just now though.

Same. The log said it failed to get a IP by DHCP :/

I thought I made it onto a 50mbit trial as it connected at 48mbit then updated back to 20mbit

When I was with Telewest/Virgin Media my internet was a damn sight more reliable than I've ever experienced with ADSL.

Around 3 disconnections in the last 4 years. All for about 5 minutes.

Rest of the time its at 17-19mb.

Mine went down too, but it's not a huge surprise to me because it goes down every few weeks.
