Football 18-20 December *SPOILERS*

Can't see Chelsea winning this tonight, simple reason is Liverpool have more goals in the side at the moment than we do.
Carvalho and Ballack might get a game so at least something good could come from it.

/Disclaimer in case of loss: "It's a worthless cup anyway and now we can concentrate on the, errmm...oh yeah the FA cup"

i expect a lot of our young players will be put out tonight , its not an important competition tbh

Am I the only person who thought Shevchenko did okay at the weekend?

OT: this thread is relatively busy so i just a quick q, how do we contact a mod? I asked a question by starting a new thread and that's not the right way to go about things I should contact a mod directly but i get no option to pm a mod or do anything other than report post which is only to be used for spam abuse etc apparently. heh, i don't want to look like i'm being arsey by starting up new threads in response etc and the issue it was over was only me being curious but in the future i it's something i need to know so if someone could let me know that'd be cool.

:) The thread in question has legal implications so it was best removed.

thanks for the link :) yeah i wasn't trying to be difficult and I agree with that reasoning behind removing the thread but just needed the info for the future.

Back to the topic in hand... :)

Liverpool line-up: Itandje, Arbeloa, Aurelio, Hobbs, Carragher, Alonso, Lucas, Sissoko, Babel, Voronin, Crouch.

Fairly strong line-up, good to see Alonso's back and Babel given a start.

would have like Babel to be given a go up front for a full game

Looks like a 4-3-3 with Babel and Voronin out wide, other than that it could be Babel playing just off Crouch and Voronin.

Chelsea are more or less full strength from who is available (Sinclair the only reserve player):
Petr Cech, Juliano Belletti Tal Ben-Haim Ricardo Carvalho, Wayne Bridge, Michael Essien, John Mikel Obi, Frank Lampard, Salomon Kalou, Andriy Shevchenko, Scott Sinclair

Suprised how well we're fairly considering the differences in the 2 sides: 1 clear chance each and both of us have had a few half chances.

Have to feel for Momo, he's really struggling atm but in all fairness he's done ok today.

Chelsea with a full strength side, LOL :)
Fat Frank proves to be useless in front of goal, as he didn't have 3 defenders to pinball the football off before finding the back of the net. Sissoko is playing his usual game, very poor of late with poor passing :(
Liverpool to win though, big Crouchy or Babel to rocket one in early 2nd half ;)
