How do you overclock shaders with nivatuner?

You can't do it separately in rivatuner but the shaders overclock with the core.

If you use gpuz it will show you your current core, shader and memory clocks.

How do you get to that with nivatuner?

I run a 3d mark 06 test and got 10991

Whats that like?

640 core and 1000 mem - 70 degrees using atitool

well I get just shy of 12k on 06. temps get to about 85ish full load

edit: i lie, it won't full 06 at those clocks, but at clocks in my sig it gets 11193

My bad.

I knew the gainward app could it but I didn't realise that rivatuner now supported it. Thanks balls (that sounds a little weird).

I didn't find a significant performance increase doing this though. Once max core clock had been reached, increasing the shader clock wasn't possible by anything significant. Maybe that was just relative to my card.

RT supported it long before the Gainward App showed up, and even before RT had the GUI to mess with Shaders, it had the setting in the EXPERT Menu, you set a number ( I think like 1 or -1) to keep shader in line with Core as per Nvidia defaults.

If your on xp you must go to power user system rivatuner and make nvidiausagebehaviour set to 1 that unlocks the shader slider

Go to the power user tab, in there should be loads of drop down menu's, go to system and within system should be nvidiausagebehaviour. Click to the right and set at 1. Hope that helps!

make sure it's ticked too and restart rivatuner are you xp or vista ?
i think vista is
NVAPIUsageBehaviour to 1
NVAPIShaderClockControl to 1
