US propaganda to ignite Iran war.

If you watch Steal This Film (Documentary) which is about P2P and piracy, the Americans are threatening Sweden with sanctions if they don't shut down pirate bay, even though its not breaking the law.

Might of over hyped it a little :P

Not in those numbers... they would be taken out of the equation very early on in the piece whilst still on the ground.

Guess they walk the walk sometimes and sometimes don't, just like most other countries. It's not as one sided as you suggested.
 
What annoys me is why our ships didn't split the Iranian ships wide open with their gattling gun last year before they captured our sailors.
 
Shoot first and ask questions later isn't always the best option.

The last thing England needs is being thrust into another war started over oil.

I don't like the thought of wasting my mates just to keep oil flowing.

Our troops are to defend England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland, the rest can deal with there own problems.

What gattling gun? The marines and sailors were captured boarding a dow in the gulf miles from their ship (HMS Cornwall). AFAIK they were only armed with SA80s, and maybe a machine gun. The Iranians were much more heavily armed.

So is Achmed the dead terrorist now in charge of Iranian speedboats? What the hell anyway, it's the best way to stop militants crossing from Iraq through Iran into Afghanistan. Nuke them from orbit.
