If my black bin slightly overflows, don't be a bunch of ***** *****s and refuse to sling it in your poxy van. And you all wonder why you get the tiniest amount of respect. Thanks making me having to use that one bin for a month's worth of waste now.

Losers.

No swearing

My black bin is never full come the 2nd Tuesday so if i see a neighbours that is overflowing i pop one of theres in mine :)

Not long back, the dustmen here refused to take any bins because they'd seen a fox sniffing around them a week earlier. There was no sight nor sound of the animal when they came to pick the bins up, but apparently it's down to the dreaded "Health & Safety, innit"?

And binmen, why do you have to do the bin run DURING RUSH HOUR?!!! You have all the rest of the day you could do this, but no you choose to wake everybody up at 6am and then get in the way of anyone trying to drive to work

Stick the overflow in someone else's. We managed to forget to put it out for the fortnightly pickup, so after a month had more than two bins' worth. Cue 2am stealth rubbish dispersion down the street :)

Meks me laugh how we pay all this cash in tax and stuff and we still have to seperate our bins and make sure it aint over flowing...you know the binmen go to their own house and throw everything into 1 bin, mix and match really....yet they get away with it...

Jump up and down in your black bin like I do. I'm not even that heavy but it always either makes more room, or squeezes the last bag in before collection day. :D

My bin men are fine, they take our bin regardless of the state of it, think it must be down south, :p

Come polling day...use your vote and punish the councellors who made these decisions.
The irony here being that the man at the top gets knocked out of office but everyone else who works at the council are the same, making the same ridiculously hair brained decisions.

your not paying tax have your bins separated. god forbid you have to put some slight effort into your own waste disposal. try recycling any stuff you can, then your bin wont overflow.

we used to have 4 or 5 black bags per pick up, we now have a compost bin and then recycle paper/cardboard and tins (metal) and glass and now we rarely go over 2 bin bags , and we have our own compost. no overflow and no left full bins for a month.

win win.

down our way everyones been issued with big wheelie bins because bin men dont even wanna lift the bins. not only that but we have to wheel; them to the end of our drives on collection day if it isnt touching the pavement they won't touch it.

Isn't that what everyone does these days? We've been doing that for years.
