But to repeat what I said before: Diseaseal has no place in a sports car. I don't care what figures it's making, it wont rev, it'll have stupidly tall gears and it'll have a narrow power band.

Not the characteristics I look for in a supercar thanks.

Each to their own, I actually prefer the torqueyness of diesels, as you don't have to change down when overtaking. It's about time someone made a derv that shifts.

Yep, because chaging gear is such a chore

For me part of the fun of a sports car is stirring the stick, it would make a pretty dull sports car if you never had to change gear.

I'm not saying derv doesn't have it's place, for an everyday family car lazy torquey power delievery makes sense, but not in a sports car thankyouplease.
