Jacket ruined, where do I stand?

He threatened the dealership with a call to his dad and they caved right in.

"Here you go sir! Have this one on us! We don't your dad involved!"

what does it matter if i have a £30 - 40K car, why do i need to be at a specific age to own a car that costs that much :confused::confused:
 
My Mum did wash it properly, she's fussy with stuff like that and I can't see her making that mistake.

The reason I washed it in the first place is because I wore it on a night out where the majority of people who I was out with smoked (so it stunk).

As for the jacket itself, it's not like a coat, more of a hooded zip up thing.

I'm gonna take it back to the shop with a copy of my bank statement just in case.

Well how do you earn £40k in disposable income aged 17, when you've only had about 18 months tops to work full time? :confused:

To take into account tax and spending money for other stuff you'd need to be on a salary of what, £60k PA?

At 17?!

Plus another what, £6k for the insurance? What is it, a 645Ci? They are Group 20!

Seriously if you've earnt the cash to manage that then you've worked damn hard and deserve some serious, serious kudos. Perhaps you could give the rest of us some tips as it took me 5 years after passing my test before I could buy a BM and it's worth a good 3-4 times less than yours!

well i have 25% share in my dads business which was written in my mums will, dads holding onto it till im 18 when they will finally be transferred.
