Average Amount Of Chin Ups

12 stone and 6'2 not sure what my max's are but in my current routine for my final/4th set I do 8rep with a 10kg plate

dips wise i can happily do 8 with a 20kg plate, never tried more though as it's uncomfortable...

Can do 20 close grip, can't do a single one wide grip at all. Used to really wee! me off at the gym when lads i trained with could do wide grip pull up's with weights attached. I'm 5'7" and 14st

can do about 15, im 6'2 and i think im about 11st i aint weighed myself. im a skinny b.

cant weight to hit the gym come monday (see what i did there)

Depends which way the palms are. Palms facing inwards, I could do maybe 10.

Palms facing outwards, 1 and a heart attack if you're lucky.

Kefkef, wouldn't wide grip chinups be bad for you anyway with your shoulder history?

Aye, 2 keyhole shoulder ops haven't helpded, plus the lower back probs meant i could never really exploit back/shoulder, i just got really ragged off that i can do loads of weight doing pull-downs etc (more than the lad i went to the gym with) but he could do wide grip pulls with a 20kg plate strapped on a belt! To be truthful i think it's more physiological in the way my back/shoulders now compensate for all the crap they have had to put up with over the years (i.e. i'm getting to be an old giffer so i'd rather lift a glass of wine than a barbell! :))

/edit p.s. you out for Burts leaving do in Leeds on the 9th Feb?
