I've just returned from the pub, where as dezzy driver I wasn't drinking
I was dropping off four mates, who obviously all fit in my car (a 3dr Fiat Punto). However I met another mate at the pub and he needed a lift which I had to refuse.
Anyway to the point, I was wondering if there was any law which says I cannot carry more passengers than I have seats for? I know that its ok to carry more people than you have seat belts for but I assume this only applies where there is a seat but no belt and not when you have four (skinny) people on the rear bench??
Anyone who can shed some light would be welcomed??
