WD are useless it took them 3 weeks to update there system to say they had received my hdd back when i had to rma it
 
My question was (Hi I am having trouble with my WD Raptor I have 2 and when I try and configure them in raid 0 one of the drives shows a critical error then is undetectable causing the system to crash. I have confirmed the drive that has the fault and recently bought a 3rd identical drive which functions perfectly.
Ive tried running Data Lifeguard Diagnostics but I get a blue screen and it crashes the system.
Can you please advise on what I can do.)

I would just RMA the drive but I cant find any errors with the dos version of lifegaurd so they may just send it back.

They deserve to go out of business what a crap attitude, I look for things like this and then it helps me decide on my purchases, I call it voting with my wallet:D

Hope you all get sorted soon and Hitachi have superb service I've had a problem in the past and had a response within 3 hours then I replied and had a further response within 4 hours, that's what I call good service.

And I am definatly not impressed I just wish another company would produce a fast gaming drive.
