This is why I don't watch Six Nations any more. I just happened to wander past and see the score.

Do England bother turning up to this tournament anymore? :rolleyes:
 
Fabulous win for us today :D

The demons of 20 years for us at Twickenham have gone :)

It's fair to say we really only won the game because it became scrappy and England played absolutely terribly in the second half.

England played like they played for much of last year, and the first few games of the World Cup.

Great win for us though :)

I imagine this is how Spurs fans felt after beating Arsenal a few weeks ago :)

20 years... such a long time since we won in England.

England were the instigators of their own downfall to be honest though.... I'd hardly say we "Owned" them.
 
What the **** happened, did they go to sleep or something?

First half was good, we didn't make enough of the chances we had but we were still in a good position. Second half... I'm not even going to mention. :(
 
i wouldnt call it owned i have to say though as hard as it is to say, wales deserved to win with how we were playing in the second half..
 
It's silly really, no disrespect but if England had kept playing like they had in the first half the game would have been well and truly over after twenty minutes. Halftime I was thinking it wasn't a fantastic performance but promising nonetheless. Fulltime and I'm thinking what a complete waste of time even coming out for the second half with a gutless performance like that.
 
brill 2nd half for Wales, did God get off his cloud & see what his team were(n't) doing & give them a kick up the jacksy, & all those pundits saying a 20odd point marging in an England win, so glad they were wrong
 
Gahh , the commentary today was a disgrace.

All "England this.. England that.. England the other", and when pushed to talk about the Welsh performance one of the commentators even went as far to say "Oh yes, good welsh try etc etc".. etc etc? Like he didn't want to..

Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't bat an eyelid if this was Guscott, but for the commentators (who are meant to be impartial) this was a disgrace.

I'm chuffed that Wales won, but how come it's always "England give it away" when Wales win, but when Wales lose it's "England pulled out a good performance" :rolleyes:

Give a team credit where it is due.. yes, England went to the dogs in the second, but Wales were the same in the first.

All the better in HD though.. can't complain.

What channel where you watching it on?

Beebs commentary today was by Eddie Butler and Brian Moore (I believe). Eddie is a former Welsh International and Brian is a former English International.

Eddie Butler is welsh and he is so biased against them lol, he always bangs on about how poor wales did or the mistakes they did even if they won fair n square:confused:

I don't think so, he's pretty level really... he just has high expectations and picks any team he watches apart when they make mistakes.

Brian Moore on the other hand... I really feel he wants to be a referee or something because he slates almost every disicion.

"There's at least 5 people offside there... knock on... KNOCK ON... High Tackle... What is this referee doing??"
