**6 Nations Starts Here**

What a game! Hated the 1st half, 2nd half performance was something else, what a comeback! Think I've just recovered from my Sat night which got a tad messy! :D

Team news:

England have made five changes to their side to face Italy in their second RBS Six Nations match in Rome on Sunday.
Prop Andrew Sheridan has joined a lengthening injury list and Wasps' Tim Payne comes into the starting line-up.

Michael Lipman starts at open-side flanker while Nick Easter returns at number eight in place of Luke Narraway, who drops to the bench after his debut.

Jamie Noon comes in at centre, Lesley Vainikolo starts his first Test while Jonny Wilkinson retains his place.

Team:

England team:
Iain Balshaw (Gloucester), Paul Sackey (Wasps), Jamie Noon (Newcastle), Toby Flood (Newcastle), Lesley Vainikolo (Gloucester), Jonny Wilkinson (Newcastle), Andy Gomarsall (Harlequins); Tim Payne (Wasps), Mark Regan (Bristol), Phil Vickery (Wasps - captain), Simon Shaw (Wasps), Steve Borthwick (Bath), James Haskell (Wasps), Michael Lipman (Bath), Nick Easter (Harlequins).

Replacements: Lee Mears (Bath), Matt Stevens (Bath), Ben Kay (Leicester), Luke Narraway (Gloucester), Richard Wigglesworth (Sale), Danny Cipriani (Wasps), Mathew Tait (Newcastle).

Vickery now doubtful after pulling up with a calf injury in training. Bristol's Jason Hobson will travel with the squad in case the captain doesn't recover in time. Hopefully the Saxons use the same lineout calls as the first team.

No word on who will be captain if Vickery fails to recover. Wilkinson is the obvious choice but does he really need any more pressure right now? Easter or Shaw if it was my decision.

Can't see Wilkko being Captain after the way he went to pieces on Saturday. I see Shaw or possibly Borthwick, even a slight possibility is Ronnie. We all know the fact is though, Ashton will make Balshaw captain......................................

Good win today for us, scrappy play but if we didn't win today the win against England would have been over shaddowed.

Shane's second try wasn't a try, reminded me a lot of the England failed try in the World Cup.

Gotta laugh at Johnathan Davies screaming "TRY! GO TO THE TMO! TRY!" the next time a Welsh player went in touch haha :D

We're showing signs of the Wales of yester-year, hopefully a win against Ireland in three weeks time and we'll get the Triple Crown.

I'm confident we'll beat Italy in two weeks.

Ireland will be a toughie, have a feeling Ireland will scrape a win but not play well (which they haven't done since before the last World Cup).

Obviously not confidant against France, but who knows what will happen if we beat Ireland/Italy in the coming weeks. :)

Still after that win, i still have my hopes still low.
Good win, wasn't a try. At least we accept it cough England world cup cough :D.

Ireland vs France now, should be a interesting game.

Ireland need to play well, perhaps playing well would be an better result than a win.

France should realistically be quite comfortable this afternoon.

Man of the match award surely goes to the Italian TMO. What a tadger.

Don't really begrudge the Welsh tbh. If there's one team aside from Scotland I like to see do well it's them. Watching the France - Ireland game now. France looking good in the early stages.

Wasn't a try as has been said, which is a shame, I still struggle to believe that the TMO can get things that wrong. Perhaps influenced by the Welsh crowd, not sure.

Either way Wales thoroughly deserved to win, and I can see them going on to win the championship as long as they pick their game up against France and Ireland.
