
if you're short on time, get your sauce, rub it well into the chicken, stick under the grill.
If you're preparing in advance (about 24hrs or so) stick your chicken into a sandwich bag (or other sealable food bag) with the sauce, stick in the fridge until such time as you're cooking - this gives it a nicer flavour, as the spices etc leech into the meat.![]()
