The role is for a 1st line support/service desk analyst, based within a very busy law firm in Birmingham.
The company is good to work for and hard work is noticed and rewarded, I can vouch for that

. If youre thinking of forwarding your CV on to me(see trust), then Ill say the same thing Ive said to Ace and Tim - learn as much as you can when it comes to MSOffice products, especially word, excel, powerpoint and outlook.
A lot of the stuff is just common sense really i.e. customer service, service delivery and taking ownership of issues.
When I started here I thought I knew everything there is to know about MSWord and Powerpoint. How wrong I was lol
