Well the exam wasn't so bad afterall.
Someone managed to get hold of a past paper on monday. Only one around.
Guess what? The exam was the same as the past paper, except some of the wording and values had been changed slightly. Same principles and questions!
Unfortunately I didn't get a good long look at it, but remembered a fair few of the answers.
I'm sure I've passed though, so thats all that matters.
My revision usually consists of past paper for the last 4 years. It's so awesome when you know the textbook answers to questions because you've already seen them.
they are trying to get you to learn about everything though, whats the use in learning howto pass an exam when you dont actually have the knowledge you should have?
Generally the big problem with exams is you get graded on ability to pass the exam, most of the time its not the true demonstration of applied knowledge it should be.

First exam at uni
Last minute revision (the day before)
Passed (50%)
I consider yourself lucky really.
When you look at it like that then it isn't terrible really, however having re-read the original post I'm slightly surprised that anyone can reach the second year of uni without having sat an exam there until this point.
