I've been given a huge fresh Goose Egg by a workmate and am thinking of boiling it for brekky tomorrow and having mahoosive soldiers cut from a fresh bloomer.

How long should I boil the thing for to get a nice soft yolk fit for dipping? :) Or should I consider making something else with it?

Is this a common occurrence at your workplace?
:D

He moved out to the country and has Chickens, Geese etc so it's a bonus for the odd bit of free-range stuff coming my way :) No Salmonella so far, touch wood!

I'm sure I won't be so happy if I end up on the bog pushing a turtle through a tea-strainer.
