I've been given a huge fresh Goose Egg by a workmate and am thinking of boiling it for brekky tomorrow and having mahoosive soldiers cut from a fresh bloomer.
How long should I boil the thing for to get a nice soft yolk fit for dipping?
Or should I consider making something else with it?
