Right, not had much time, well infact none, but I do have about 100 pics taken, my camera isnt the best but I will see what I managed to get :) I lack photoshop too at the moment so probably just going to be straight from the camera shots posted at some point.

Was bloody cold today! Good to meet some new faces and see some old ones again, particularly loved the lunchtime drifting :p

It looks like I shouldnt have been so lazy and actually ventured around the track a bit more, looks like some excellent photo spots are there to be had!

Yes indeed, we pretty much lost it in your dust cloud on the way back, was very surprised that the FWD cars lost the back end so easily, I was having a play in my own car on the way home :p
 
I really really wish I came along a bit earlier and dug out my old bike helmet!

Decided to stay up a bit later to get some pics processed, turns out photoshop 7 is sat right at the bottom of the hard drive so at least I can crop and edit slightly now :)
 
Right then here are a quick few of mine. If anyone objects to having plates shown just say and I will remove. Not that great with photoshop to be honest so not sure the most effective way of removing them.

Heh I actually felt really gutted for you mate I really did! not fair on anyone to have happen what happened to you! I hope it gets sorted soon before your new job!

Any sign of the ferrari driver joining the forum yet? he seemed pretty keen to get involved!

EDIT: Got one here that slipped the net. When you were all up the pits I missed a great chance to get a photo of all the novice group cars in a line! Too busy trying to work out exactly what did fall out of the ferrari's engine!!! :p

wow, looks like it was an awesome day. Video was good as well, watching neil spin was a bit of an 'oh god' moments, can't imagine what it was like to be in the car:D I would have bricked it!
Would love to do something like this but would probably be to scared/ashamed of my car. Are there any special requirements for such things..?

I was feeling the same, plus it wasnt cheap! I just thought pushing a standard car to its limits all day isnt really going to be very good on the car! I suppose you can go out and have a great experience without murdering car parts.

As far as I gathered (I missed the briefing as I was still in bed) as long as you are below the sound limit and you pay your fee you are pretty much allowed to take anything on the track.

Perahps worth speaking to someone who actually went out there today.
 
w00t, you can see me in the last pic if you squint:D

You can take any car on the track, just aslong as you get out of the way when there's a faster car behind you.

Great day today, some awesome driving and was good to meet new faces and catch up with people :cool:

Gibbo your car sounds just fantastic and was very impressive out there :cool:

Neil, you were flying too mate, really impressive stuff, **** myself when you spun infront of that DC5 :eek:

I think I got my year's worth of excercise walking round the track and back again :D
