I've got bbc news 24 on and they just put on Ally McCoist (assistant manager) talking about the Panathanaikos-Rangers game and put on a caption announcing that it was Walter Smith, the manager.

Ally McCoist is a fairly well known figure in Scottish football, both North and South of the border thanks to his appearances on Question of Sport. You (read I) would expect better from the BBC.
