MILLIONS face water rationing!!!!!!

Maybe? :p

Lies!

People say it rains all the time but I can't remember the last time it 'rained'. Slight drizzle is not enough for the very dense population in the SE. St Osyth in Essex is also the driest place in the country and some years the area can have less rainfall than what is normal for a desert! So I can see and understand just how short water can be in the SE.

**** em, if there is a shortage, I am not going to be inconvinienced by a hypocritical government "lets go green, cut waste, blah blah, sensationalism, canvassing etc." then waste 5 billion gallons a water a week and let the uk population suffer because they don't want to fix some pipes.
If it runs out, ship some in, it's going somewhere :D

/rant mood.

All I have seen this year in Edinburgh is rain. Days without are the exception.
