I fully agree all NHS patient care services should be treated equally, but I dont feel that Sex change operations should be part of the NHS's treatement. Atleast, not in its current occasional form. Either yes to all, or no to all.

If so, one up in the North East.

We fix as much as we can and refer to CFH as a last resort. Most of it is simply redirecting Exchange to nhs.net until everyone knows it's changed.

I have to say that my experience is that the switch is pretty seamless.
