And it's going to kill me having to watch them play it. I hope to the P2P gods that live goes down again.

When are you back off work that week? I'm off from next Thursday to the following Tuesday.
I'm working the wednesday 19th/20th/21/22 then off for the 23/24/25/26.
If I'm getting that correctly that means we have the sunday/monday and tuesday off at the same time?
The game was supposed to be released the 14th and then I would have had the whole 4 off after launch. *******
Sadly 2 people are already booked off my shift otherwise I would have sometime off for some much needed R and R

LOL doubt it mate, chances are you and wyrdo will have it finished before I get near it anyway. I can see us co-oping this game and playing terrorist hunt quite a few times anyway.
If possible I will go straight to realistic in co-op.

Is there much planning in these games? Kinda put me off the thought of doing it like the old PC games.

Not a massive amount of planning, just patience really, If you rush you die.
Maybe they didn't include because they know if me,you & Danny got on it we'd be an unstoppable killing machine and we'd have it over and done with,within a day....yeah maybe that's why

I think another reason might be the need to keep in the AI to make the game a bit easier to make regards skill levels. It would be very hard to balance a game 1 player and AI and then 4 player co-op. Look at how badly Halo failed that even on insane. If R6 worked like that you could walk the game with one player just staying back a bit as a medic
I think the design would be huge to do both ways of playing the game well.
I've just read that there is no 4 player co-op for story mode . At least terrorist hunt still has 4 player co-op.
I'll probably not get my copy as quick as my other pre-orders as I used up £10 reward points at a well known high street retailer's Guernsey warehouse. They are awful for shipping out games on release.

Looking good. Having been stuck with the clueless squad you get in cod4 for ages, I'll be glad to finally get some people I can order and direct, instead of them doing what they want.

The preview vid makes it look very average. Doesn't seem to add anything new to the last game which, before anyone asks, isn't a good thing. Definitely something lacking...looks like it could be excitement
I think the graphics look a little bare/bland in places, that's the only bad point I have to say.
Rainbow Six: Vegas was the best online shooter the 360 has had so far, imo. Some people might say cod4, but I prefer the more tactical aspect of R6, team work plays a bigger role.
More maps, more weapons, and everything generally improved all round, just what I wanted.
