FAO: Cymatty [Yorkshire Motors meet]

i might be up for this as its only hour and half away from me. Thats if i pass my tests, and will have a car by then tho. :)

Probably didnt help you when it came to MOT time.....

And HOW did you mistake exhaust blowing for gearbox whine!;):p

Get that other one rebuilt!

Funnily enough, it wasn't loose at MOT time  I have been hooning lots recently (trying to run the RedEx though the tank, and let a few mates have a drive of the car) so that's probably put a lot of stress on the bolts

Will get some rod and cut it down to size.

And, I've not no idea! It genuinely shocked me when I tightened the bolt on the manifold (far right corner) and the whine went away! It's not come back since so had to have been the manifold! Very weird. If you want to come have a listen just to clarify, feel free.

And me

I must be easily forgettable. :(

You've shrunk to a shadow of your former self dude, think you must have turned side-on and hence disappeared from view :D

BTW, you ever stray over to Bolton? Could have sworn you passed me on the A666 a few weeks ago but couldn't see who was driving....

Only sometimes, however if it was a few week ago I was on holiday.:)

John, despite my father and several friends living in Bolton, I've never once seen your car on the road :( (bar OcUK meets obviously)

First pub is HX6 4RH. Turnpike Inn.

We usually meet at J18 of the M62 though.

Unless you weren't asking about the meet, in which case... :o

Aye google maps says its half an hour quicker to go A15 > M180 > M18 > M62 than A57 and out the back of Sheffield. My geography does indeed suck:p

Scenery would be better on my route though?
