I never actually use the 'I'm feeling lucky' button, because to me its useless. If I'm searching for something, then I want a nice list of different sites and their description. The only time I would use it is if I know what I'm looking for is the top option.

I must admit I just type and hit enter always. I'd never use it myself.

Each to there own I suppose.

Bookmarks + Google all the way imo. None of this "foru.. down arrow.. enter" business that some people insisit on

In this day and age theres no excuse for using the address bar.

because they are typing quickly and might misspell it, gogle will correct it.

Yeah I type in search terms in Google very quickly and roughly, as I know 99% of the time google will correct my dodgy spelling. I always use the search box in top left, I never actaully visit the google homepage anymore.

Never used it but I did just open a new tab and type 'ocuk' into the address bar and shortly there after the OcUK website pops up

Pah, who types in http://www. in the address bar anyway nowadays? I always miss that out now as there's only about half a dozen sites that are old fashioned enough to need it.

Oh yeah, on a similar subject what is www2. (i.e. some websites have that instead of www.)?

I believe thats a seperate server. I used to play kingdom of loathing, and that went up to www7.
Its just like a mirror, in case one server couldn't handle the full load.
