It greatly depends on your height and present weight. 2500 is just a very rough guide.. but yes.
I'd very much doubt you burned 1000. Probably more like 500.
That walk was delivering approx 150lb of mail split into 3 bags as i am a postman but also a deputy manager and i hardly deliver any more

So firstly ill cut out the milk and sugar.
But that doesnt mean eat like a fat slob. A great appetite is something to be revered and celebrated! Just not an appetite for junk. Eating less=
