Personally I'd concentrate on your diet and get all your nutrients and nourishment from food rather than a poor substitute. As an emergency or if you miss a meal for whatever reason, sure, but not as something I'd rely on. But that's probably just me. I aim for between 3-3.5k calories a day as a minimum for my gym/exercise work. Somtimes touching 4k when on a serious bulk. However I'd never choose to drink/eat anything like this I'm afraid - there's just no need.

It's easy to load up your diet with all the nurtients/nourishment you need - it just takes some research, effort and dedication. there's more to protein than eggs you know...
