I've always hated the PS3 R2/L2 buttons when playing driving/FPS games, so I'm happy this Real Triggers were made. Only problem is, I missed the PSW mag they came with. So, I had to pay a ridiculous amount for them on that site where people buy stuff from other people. I paid a shameful £21 for them(sealed). I feel so ripped off. :D

Still not got them yet, should sometime this week. For the people that have them, how are they and do they improve your game?

Dufus :D

If you told me you wanted them I would have sent you mine for postage price. (Mine are sitting connected to my spare Sixaxis. Never used them apart from the day the magazine came out. Depends what type of games you play I suppose.

Anyway if you can cancel your auction thing you are welcome to mine for postage price or something.

Well if you already have yours coming I would rather give them away to someone who doesn't have even 1 set.

I found out about them after they had stopped in the mag, do they really make that much of a difference?
felt awkward to me tbh, but I guess with any controller you adapt after some usage. I don't have any major issues in the games I play with triggers so don't use them. Other people swear by them though.

I wasn't sure about them at first, and the left trigger pinched my left middle finger if I held the pad a certain way. However after about a month of using them, I find it extremely hard to go back to the normal triggers.

The Dual Shock 3 should have had something similar.

I really need some of these, been looking on ebay but can't find anyway. my fingers keep sliding off the triggers :o

There are 3 pairs of them on that site right now. Just search "real triggers" and they'll come up. Use the .co.uk site.

Fair enough.

theres nothing wrong with the ps triggers... in fact what are the point of these?

do your fingers slip off? comfort? looks?

the ps3 spongy triggers are one of the most annoying things abut it. Its unbelievable they made them convex. These trigger things are really good but not worth 21 quid especially since they are just a tiny bit of plastic. Im surprised the manufacturer doesnt sell them normally. I use them all the time.

When I first got a PS3 I didn't think anything was particularly wrong with the standard triggers. However using them now, my fingers just slip off and you realise how rubbish they are.

I'm sure i read giotech will be doing them for another issue of the same mag, but it will be the last lot, i just cant find where i read it from :o .

i didn't have my ps3 when these were available so hopefully IL catch the next batch if its true,

LOL £21

I have seen them for sale at an online store. You get a little metal case mod thingy for your DS3 as well - cost about a tenner iirc!!!

Can't remember where I saw the link though, think it was on Kotaku or Gizmodo - But I couldn't post the link anyway because of forum rules.
