How do you like your eggs?

Fried, pseudo-sunny side up (flipped over and cooked for just 10 seconds) which makes the top white not too runny, but still allow for an oozy yolk. :)

i used to always scramble them, but just takes too much time, the other day decided to stick it in the microwave, and it does exactly the same job in about 1 minute..

1 minute is nowhere near enough. couple of mins with some mixing atleast.
 
poached with bursting yellow, all over bacon and sasuage with brown sauce on side "OMG"
 
scrambled, with plenty of double cream to make them really rich and smooth. Add some chopped up smoked salmon right at the last moment.

Serve with a nice cold dollop of cream cheese and hot buttery croissant.

I tend to have poached on toast, touch of salt and occasionally a little cheese on the toast first.



This is a really good way to fry eggs, i do the same if not poaching. They end up really nice.

Good to see someone agrees with me and my perfectly runny yolks! everyone gives me a hard time about them!
