Need Help Peeps Plz

Looking To Lose Weight But Dont Know How!!
Im Not buying a diet Or Healthy Eating Plan When i Can Come On Here And get Soem Advice :)

Im Not Obese,Im 5ft9 Adn Weight 9 Stone So not Big at All....

Just Wondered If Anyone got any ideas,Remedies,Painful Solutions :)

This is For a girl I Know,i Kinda wna get Together but Feel This Is Holding Me Back

Try reading some of the previous threads on this subject.

Think to yourself:
How many packs of crisps/ bars of choc/ packs of sweeties/ cans of coke/soft fizzy drinks do I have to have per day/week.

Stop eating junk food/ready made meals and start eating properly is a start.
you don't necessarily need to join a gym, but it might help you.
Eat and sleep properly.
 
well, i walk to work everyday at 6am until 1.00pm,then come home and do work all round the house,so im constantly on the move..i jus dont seem to get rid of anythink.
im a vegetarian aswell,so all green food :)

Oh, and a public room which may be used for weight training is called a gym. I suggest you look one up.
 
i havent got any weights,havent got the room either to get some
Haven't got any room for 2 dumbbells at all?

I'm the same height as you but heading towards 12 stone, I can't begin to imagine being 9 stone, but surely you don't want to lose any weight, you want to gain some muscles to look more healthy, and be fitter, easily acheivable through eating more, gyming etc...
