Comedy Cartoons

I think family guy is very rightly praised as a saviour of comedy. Sadly, many clips have been taken down from youtube... but I have shown at least two 'family guy haters' full episodes of my choice and both confessed it was hilarious. I think it depends on what episodes you initially watched, which can give a lasting impression.
It does have its poorer episodes but the majority of sketches are extremely funny. The one I currently have in mind is when Peter is reading the burger comic in the car...
A programme which was hidiously over rated was the mighty boosh, just to give a grounding of my sense of humour.

The Tick was sublime.
And after reading this thread and being inspired to do a quick search at the usual money sink sites, I see it's available on DVD and in stock...

A problem with Family Guy is The Simpsons have already done all the funny jokes.
And now The Simpsons have started copying Family Guy's ones

The Simpsons has been far better for far longer.

The bit you linked to wasn't at all funny (like the rest of the Family Guy stuff I've seen).
Really? I thought everyone in my generation knew it. Like The Brain and the rest of the MTV stuff of the time.
