If it does turn out to be your fault, you cannot make a personal injury claim.

omg mini drivers really are pansies. go to the hospital, by all means, but it wont help you one jot with a "compo claim" when the accident was your fault :D
 
AFAIK even if it goes 50/50 you will still lose your no-claims bonus (well 2 yrs of it) as it would work out that your insurance pays for your damage and her insurance will pay for her damage.

At least that is how i thought it worked.
 
tbh, i'm resigned to it being my fault... and I had taken her reg down wrong.. so it seems to be insured, it's not gonna cost me a lot as its cosmetic damage, i'll loose my NCB and it will put my premium up next year, but it's a lesson learned at least :) - Stay away from Tesco and women driving 4x4s..

You dont have the best visibility there... and you have to swing out..

But regardless I know this isn't gonna go my way, so lesson learned..
