Champions League Semi Final *Spoilers* 29/30 April

I'm definitely "supporting" Chelsea in the final.

I was originally rooting for Barca to win, but unfortunately they were put out.



Am I one of the only people who prefers to watch Chelsea to Manchester United? I prefer their style if I'm honest, and I don't generall see the "they're **** just long ball it" side to their play, but instead realise they are efficient, and I enjoy to see them just shut teams out of games.

Indeed, almost like when the Newcastle fans cheered Ronaldo slipping over, you just knew it was going to come back to haunt them :D

His comments certainly didn't help but should a player not already be up for a cl semi?

Why do you say that? When he's made controversial subs before he's always said it as it is. Gerrard vs Everton and then the Gerrard, Torres and Carra subs vs Reading for example.
 
Great game - glad we took a fight to the bridge and after the arsenal decisions I don't think any 'pool fan can complain about about penalty shouts. Just wish it wasn't drogba that put two past us.

I'm going to have to go with utd to win it.

can't disagree with you, they've really had a go at you guys over the last few weeks, at the end of the day you were in the semis on merit.

lets be fair i reckon he does cover his back occasionally. another one i've noticed as well is, if torres doesn't score and you don't get a result he'll always talk about how torres is covered in bruises.

Not that i have to explain anything to you but

a) Chelsea deserved it other the two legs

b) My grandad bless his soul was a massive chelsea fan so ive always had a soft spot for them as i was incredibly close to him and im just sad that he never got to see his beloved chelsea in a champs league final

c) SPurs./man utd are our biggest rivals imo not chelsea anyway

Such as? Like i said above, the only controversial subs made in the past he's never tried to cover his back.

He does complain about the treatment Torres takes but he wouldn't be the only manager to complain about that and atleast Benitez doesn't do it after games where the worst tackles by a mile was by one of his players ;)
