Eurogamer: 360 > PS3 GTA4

Some people in here really haven't surprised me with what they've said. :rolleyes:

Shut up you Sony fanboy. Go back to playing your probably awesome MGS4 beta :p

is anything ever suprising in the console forum any more? :/

No but it's a laugh :D Sometimes it gets so overpowering I have to hit the close button and walk away from it all just to regain my thoughts.

Dunno the difference between 25 and 30 fps is noticable

To an enthusiast, 99.9% of the GTA4 playerbase wouldnt notice any difference between the two, let alone care about it!

I got it on PS3 and am just enjoying the game whether or not I lose 0.85412 fps every so often. :D

No, anybody would notice the difference between 25 and 30 fps, something to do with eye recognition. If a game drops below 30 fps you notice lag.

Decided not to buy a ps3, or an xbox 360.

Both bad framerates, im an avid FPS player who strives to get 125fps.

PC version incoming

Ditto. I did put an order in for a 360 + GTA IV but cancelled it, because I had got carried away with the hype.

I'll look forward to picking it up for the PC in due course, where I daresay it will run better and control nicer with the mouse too.

Is GTA4 confirmed for pc?

Looking at the graphics on console it is going to rape most peoples pc's

Nope, but they would be silly not to make it for PC!

Both VC and SA were very successfull on PC :)

well you're a clairvoyant if you can say an 8 series card will run it fine

Custom ATI Graphics Processor

* 500MHz processor
* 10 MB of embedded DRAM
* 48-way parallel floating-point dynamically scheduled shader pipelines
* Unified shader architecture

So an 8800gtx wouldn't beat that pos?

Pc games always run slower than consoles

Also some 360 graphics are pretty damned good so pos is a bit harsh tbh

I have said many times that I find it difficult to notice the difference between 30fps and 60fps

i remember in Gran Turismo 1, you could unlock the 60fps mode (for a few tracks)

it was so much nicer

30 fps looks daft for any game where all the scenery is moving (ie racing or fps or 3ps), i'm borrowing my mate's 360 and his gta4 copy, and frankly the slowdowns put me off playing it :o:mad:
